“Psychotherapy has been shown to improve emotions and behaviours and to be linked with positive changes in the brain and body.” (APA, 2020)

What is Counselling and Psychotherapy?

Counselling and Psychotherapy treatments are widely used to assist individuals, couples and families. Counselling typically deals with present issues that are easily resolved on the conscious level whereas psychotherapy intensively and extensively examines a person’s psychological history.
